Privacy Policy

Greenwood Osterley Archers (‘GOA’ or ‘The Club’) is committed to protecting your personal information and to taking your privacy seriously. GOA will forward your details if you join the club as a paid up member to the UK Archery governing body, ArcheryGB. Your contact details may be shared with GOA club members, and other archery clubs, for example for the purposes of administering competitions and tournament entries and results. GOA will not otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties.

 

Communicating with you - GOA may wish to contact you by email, telephone or by online methods such as conferencing concerning GOA and general archery matters (e.g., to administer your club membership, to inform you of club events, to hold occasional club meetings and arrange social events).

 

Promoting the Club - GOA promotes itself to the wider public using a mix of advertising, social media and its website, including the use from time to time of pictures/video clips; the club may wish to use certain media containing images of club members from time to time for this purpose.

 

Third parties - GOA uses grounds and clubhouse facilities provided by a third party, who may use CCTV in and around the carpark, clubhouse and sports ground areas.

 

The Club will endeavour to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of its members and to this end the Club will periodically contact you to ask you to confirm that your contact details remain correct and are up to date.
